Choosing Your O2Pod Upgrades
Air Pressure
– Higher pressure increases Oxygen in your tissues and Stem Cell release
– 1.5 ATA is available only in our Oxo and Pro models
– 1.4 ATA Upgrade is available for all other models
– 1.4 and 1.5ATA can be lowered to ease discomfort
– 1.3 ATA is recommended only if pressure causes ear pai
Oxygen Concentrator
– 10 LPM Upgrade doubles the purified oxygen delivered to your mask or headset.
Air Conditioner
– The pressurized chamber is ~6℉ warmer than the room.
– AC is useful if you overheat easily and lowering the room temperature is not an option

Using Your O2pod
Frequency and Duration
– 5 to 7 daily sessions per week is recommended
– 60- 80 minutes per session is recommended
– Stem cell release begins after 20 sessions at 1.4ATA and above
