O2Pod Return Policy

If your O2Pod arrives Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect

• Contact Us immediately.
• Provide your Order Number, detail the problem, and explain how we can help you.
• We will contact you to resolve the issue.
• Replacements will be shipped after the original merchandise has been received.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase

• Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unopened and unused
• Shipping Fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect
• As indicated before purchase, certain items are non-refundable, or will incur a 20% restocking fee

To Process a Return

1. Contact Us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
2. Return the completed RMA
3. O2Pod will process your RMA within 5 business days.
4. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method and may take up to 10 days to appear on your
statement. Deductions may include return shipping cost, specified restocking fees. 

O2Pod Guarantee

If your O2Pod Chamber fails within 2 years of purchase due to manufacturing problems, we will repair or replace the damaged item. Please understand that misuse such as unzipping an inflatable chamber before it is depressurized will invalidate our Guarantee.

If your O2Pod fails due to manufacturing defects

Contact Us immediately.
• Provide your Order Number, detail the problem, and explain how we can help you.
• We will contact you to resolve the issue.
• If a new unit is needed, it will be shipped after the original item has been returned and deemed unrepairable.
