All joins on O2Pod’s hypoallergenic TPU chamber body are heat-welded for an ultra-strong, durable bond. Our zippers are triple reinforced and rated for 6,000 pressurized sessions without leakage. Our Air Compressors are oil and odor free, continually flowing 70 LPM of fresh air through the chamber. Our Oxygen Concentrators provide ~95% pure oxygen, filtered to 0.0001 microns purity for safe and comfortable respiration. O2Pod manufacturing is certified ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO13485 compliant.

4. SAFETY

O2Pod Chambers are designed with Safety in mind, including unique safety and comfort elements designed by a human factors engineer. Bright windows provide light and comfort, including for people who may experience claustrophobia. Large safety labels on the controls and on a Velcro flap that covers the zipper provide both visual and physical safety reminders to release pressure before unzipping. Chamber controls include a manual pressure relief button to facilitate a quick exit if ever needed. Our pressure release valve can be operated from inside or outside the chamber to adjust or release pressure as desired. And automatic pressure relief valves maintain the pressure setting of 1.3, 1.4, or 1.5 ATA.
